Trash pick up day is Monday. Pick up time ranges from 6am to 5pm. Burrtec Waste Management offers a “Side Yard Service” program whereby they will pick up your trash behind your side entry gate for a nominal fee. Please contact Burrtec Waste Management at 760-340-2113 for further information.

Yes, any modification to the exterior of your home requires the submittal of an Architectural application. The application must be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
